Caravan manufacturers all have their own ways of working and procedures they follow when dealing with warranty claims and their timescales can vary. Below we've detailed the warranty policies and expected turnaround times for each of the manufacturers we work with.

You'll receive and update from our After Sales team as soon as we know more information from the manufacturer about scheduled repair dates and visits.

Post-Handover Snag List: Required Within 12 Months

Engineer Visit Typically Within: 6 - 8 Weeks

Post-handover snag lists and warranty claims on caravans still within their grace period are generally addressed by ABI engineers within 6 and 8 weeks of being reported via the form below.

Occasionally a ticket or claim might be rejected. If this is the case, one of our After Sales team will be in contact with you to explain why it was rejected, and offer alternative solutions.

 

ABI Warranty

Once you take ownership of the caravan everything inside is covered by a 12 month parts and labour warranty as standard. Extended coverage includes...

Within 3 Years:

Furniture manufactured and fitted by ABI, shower cubicles, topper and door, taps, sanitary ware, baths, radiators, internal doors and door handles, gutters downpipes, cladding, sockets and switches, kitchen sink, dining table and chairs.

Within 5 Years:

Chassis, roof, walls, ceiling, floors and external windows and doors.

Within 10 Years:

Fully galvanised heavy-duty chassis systems are covered by a full 10-year warranty.
